Our Commitments

We at RateGain believe that as responsible corporate citizens we have a vital role to play, in the sustainable and inclusive growth of the nation. Despite being one of the largest growing economies globally, India faces substantial problems of income inequality, food insecurity, gender discrimination and environmental degradation along with uneven access to energy, healthcare, sanitation, water and education.
We seek to integrate our business values with our operations so we may undertake our business activities in an ethical and transparent manner. Further, we seek to improve our fulfillment of social responsibilities and enhance our economic practices in an attempt to create a positive impact on society. Our CSR initiatives focus on social development and equity by eradicating hunger, poverty & malnutrition and promoting healthcare facilities; socio-economic empowerment of underprivileged communities by promoting education and gender equality; and environmental sustainability.
With a mission to achieve long-term socio-economic development of the communities, RateGain has focused its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives on programs that bring sustainable change in education, healthcare systems and the environment. We undertake well-planned initiatives that are participatory, outcome-oriented and measurable, with the overall objective of creating sustainable impact.

Our Progress

Our ‘Community Gain’ program is aimed at the development, education, and upliftment of underprivileged children and was awarded “Best CSR Impact Award for the Year” in 2018 by UBS Forums.
Corporate Social Responsibility, for RateGain, goes beyond mandates. RateGain believes that an organization’s true worth lies beyond its business, and is best reflected by the service it renders to the community and society. RateGain is committed not just towards profitable growth, but also towards leaving a deeper imprint on society as a whole.
We have also partnered with various non-government organizations (NGOs) for our CSR initiatives, wherein our experts evaluate various projects in the field of education, healthcare, and socio-economic development & relief.

Socio-Economic Empowerment

As part of its initiatives for socio-economic empowerment of underprivileged communities, RateGain aims to create enabling conditions so that more underprivileged children stay in school and complete their schooling, and also to improve learning outcomes so that they have better skills and abilities.

In view of the above, we have engaged with Little India Foundation, a registered NGO based out at Delhi, which has been working to improve the skills, education, health, artistic talent, and environment of underprivileged sections.

Environment Sustainability

As part of our Environment Sustainability initiatives, we have engaged with various registered NGO’s to create a self- enthusiastic eco-system where every beneficiary feels responsible to take care of the plantation blocks. These programs are not limited to tree plantation but also achieves higher goals of creating a wide socio-environmental & economic impact.

We have engaged with Sankalp Taru Foundation, which is an IT enabled NGO, spreading greenery with its core philosophy of “planting trees for the people, by the people”. Sankalp Taru has its focus on reduction of carbon footprint through planting trees, having rooted and survived close to a million trees across 21 states and some of the majorly polluted cities of India.
